Micil Inverin Small Batch Irish Whiskey 700ml (ABV 46%)

Micil Inverin is a five-part peated blend with a triple cask finish in recharred ex-bourbon quarter casks, Pedro Ximenez casks & Micil peated poitín octave.

It embodies the fruity spice of the finest Connemara ‘fuisce’ and the peat smoke of the illicit stills and kilns of Inverin.

Tasting notes - Has great balance of peat and charred wood smoke. Full of baked apples and pears, an abundance of vanilla and honey sweetness, along with pink peppercorn spice, and a lingering smoked bacon and clove spice finish.
