Barley shochu is distilled with juniper berries and strawberries, two more berries, raspberry and blueberry, and herbs such as rosemary, ginger, basil, and coriander.

In addition to simple drinking methods such as carbonated, you can also enjoy it like a dessert with a cocktail base and berries.
